Bulgarian Birth Tomorrow Night

So, a new Bulgarian Baby has been born! And you are being invited to come witness the birthing…

Who is this child? Comprised of 4 American women, she was born singing symphonies from the old world in hypnotizing harmonies and rhapsodizing rhythms. To hear this infant incant her melodies in Bulgarian is to truly witness something unique! We invite you to be present for our undercover debut gig where your presence is requested to help us NAME OUR BAND! It’s happening as part of Cafe Smooch’s celebration of Bulgaria, this Saturday, May 26. The dining is fine, the wine, divine. We sing at 9p.m, no cover! (there is a charge, however, if you want to indulge in a three course Bulgarian meal though- and this space is limited, please RSVP so that we can put you on our list!)

Sorry for the rather last minute notice.

“Me Splattered” showing at the New Orleans Center for Photography

I have a piece called “Me Splattered” up in a group at the New Orleans Center for Photography. Most of you are not in New Orleans, so I can’t imagine you will be too upset with me for forgetting to send the invite for the opening tonight till this late. The show will be up till April 25th, so if you are in the area, please stop by and tell me how it looks. The piece I am showing is from nine 9ish years ago. Thought it would be fun to rehash an old self-portrait.

Here’s the link to the images up in The “i” Show:
